Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We truly hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.



RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 working days from the delivery date.
To start the return process, please email us at info@dl-area.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions.

Items must be returned in resellable condition, meaning:
• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In their original packaging

⚠️ Please do not send items after the 14-day period, as the return will not be accepted.



RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not currently offer free return labels.
Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be refunded the amount paid for the returned products only.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and any pierced items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
Personalized or custom-made items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made especially for you.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.



EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange within 14 working days from receiving your order.
Please email us at info@dl-area.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

Items must be:
• In resellable condition
• Unworn and undamaged
• In the original packaging

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ Please note that earrings, custom items and sale products cannot be exchanged.



FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All of our items are carefully inspected before being packaged with care.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@dl-area.com. Attaching a photo of the item will help us speed up the process.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to assist you, and the issue may be considered the result of improper handling.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

⚠️ If more than 15 working days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@dl-area.com.



UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

In the event that:
• You’re not at home when the package is delivered
• The courier cannot find a safe place to leave the package
• You fail to pay customs fees (for international orders)

the parcel will be returned to us.

In these cases:
• We will refund the product(s) only
Shipping fees will not be refunded
• If you still wish to receive the items, you’ll need to place a new order



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS — Customs and Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Provide a correct and complete shipping address
• Pay any applicable customs duties or local taxes

If the shipping address is incorrect, the parcel is refused, or customs are not paid, we will not be able to refund the full amount.
In such cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Refunds will be processed only after the package is returned to us.
